At Raptor Hockey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

• All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• For exchanges, please contact our customer service team to arrange for a replacement item.
